Save a copy of your application and any receipt. If selected, review your award confirmation and agree your enrollment and completion dates.

The scholarship covers the required Ariadia Academy course tuition across all seven professional pathways leading to the Certificate of Comprehensive Achievement. Shared courses are counted once. The comprehensive award itself carries no separate tuition charge. Any additional sponsor benefits must be stated in the individual award.
Complete within 12 calendar months
Recipients must complete all required coursework, assessments and pathway certificate requirements within 12 calendar months of their confirmed scholarship enrollment start date. The award confirmation must record that start date and the exact completion deadline. All seven valid pathway certificates are required for the comprehensive certificate.
Meet the published sponsor requirements
Apply only when you meet the selected sponsor’s eligibility criteria. Provide accurate information and all required submittals using the listed method before its deadline and time zone. Applying does not guarantee an award; selection is subject to the sponsor’s published criteria and available scholarships.
Maintain the Academy’s academic standards
Scholarship funding does not waive course requirements or guarantee a certificate. Complete your own work, pass the required checkpoints and applied labs, and submit eligible pathways for instructor review with time before your completion deadline. The Academy’s learning and conduct terms also apply.
Raise timing concerns early
Contact Ariadia Academy promptly if you anticipate difficulty completing on time or if a review is delayed. An extension is not automatic. Any approved change to the completion deadline must be confirmed in writing by the Academy, with sponsor approval where required by the award.
Review your award before accepting
The award confirmation identifies the sponsor, covered program, enrollment dates and any additional conditions disclosed in the scholarship listing. Review these before accepting. Public page updates do not replace an already accepted award agreement.

When does the 12-month period begin?
It begins on the scholarship enrollment start date recorded in your award confirmation. It does not begin on the application date. Your confirmation must state the exact certificate completion deadline.
Do all sponsors ask for the same documents?
No. Eligibility, statements, references, file formats and other submittals are specific to each opportunity. Follow the selected scholarship’s published checklist and submission instructions.
Does a scholarship guarantee my certificate?
No. It covers required course tuition. You must still meet all course and assessment requirements and earn all seven valid pathway certificates. Ariadia credentials do not themselves confer professional licensure or external accreditation.

Open your chosen scholarship’s details for its submission instructions. Academy applications require a free, verified account. Once the scholarship opens, sign in to complete the form and upload the requested documents.
